Please click on the button for YourViewDr which will bring you to our online scheduling system. We ask that you try to batch multiple ultrasounds per visit as this will allow us to provide you with more efficient services. Ideally, we ask that you try to schedule at least 3 ultrasounds per visit if the cases are not emergent.

Please ask that the patient be fasted that morning and dropped off at the clinic that day for the entire day. Scheduling time (either the entire morning or the entire afternoon) will be provided. Please inform your client ahead of time that this is a mobile service. Thus, the time of ultrasound may vary that day based on traffic flow and case presentation. The client should understand that their patient will need to be at the clinic for up to 6 hours. Please ensure that sedation is discussed with each client and written permission obtained before my arrival. For anxious animals, please have the sedation drawn up and ready for the procedure. Please discuss the possibility of fine-needle aspiration and cytology with each client before the procedure and obtain written permission for the procedure prior to my arrival. If we do not have permission ahead of time then this procedure may need to be delayed until the next scheduled clinic visit. Please have each patient shaved ahead of time before I arrive. I will require at least one person to hold each animal for their ultrasound.

I will need someone to help hold/position the patients for their scans and someone available to provide sedation when needed. I will discuss the results with the attending doctor, if available after the images are obtained. I will do my best to generate a full report at the time of my visit. However, if I cannot provide a full report before I leave, you will receive a full report as soon as possible within the next 12-24 hours.
-
Please contact us as soon as possible if a cancellation should occur. If the same client cancels more than once, they will be charged a deposit prior to the next scheduled appointment.

I will discuss the results with the attending doctor if they are available. If time allows, I will do my best to provide a full written report prior to the end of my visit. However, a full report is guaranteed within 24 hours

I will provide fluid centesis and fine-needle aspirates in the abdomen and the thorax. However, I will not provide tru-cut biopsies of the organs. I encourage clients to pursue echocardiograms with a board-certified cardiologist.
